1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ab778 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ab778 website, all associated services, games, promotions and payment facilities available at https://ab778.vip (the "Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to individual offers.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
• You must not use the Service if you have previously been excluded from ab778 or any affiliated platform, or if you have been placed on any self-exclusion programme and that exclusion period has not yet expired.

ab778 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ab778 account. You must take all reasonable steps to protect the security of your account credentials. The following rules apply to all ab778 accounts:

• Your account login credentials — mobile number and password — must not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. ab778 will never contact you to request your password by any means, including by chat, email, SMS or telephone call.
• You must notify ab778 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. ab778 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your account.
• ab778 accounts are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, pledged or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of both the transferring and receiving accounts.
• ab778 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or that fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity is taking place.

ab778 may impose temporary or permanent limits on account functionality — including deposit limits, withdrawal limits or session time restrictions — in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations or as a result of regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ab778 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab778 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are each ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ab778, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on ab778:

• bKash — available for both deposits and withdrawals. Transactions are typically processed within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Nagad — available for both deposits and withdrawals. Same processing speed as bKash under standard conditions.
• Rocket — available for deposits and withdrawals. Preferred by Dutch-Bangla Bank account holders and users in Khulna, Rajshahi and Barisal regions.
• Upay, Visa and Mastercard — available for deposits. Withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard are subject to issuing bank processing times.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab778 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio and video materials — is the exclusive property of ab778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the ab778 platform without prior written consent from ab778.

• You must not use the ab778 name, logo or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement or affiliation, or damage the reputation of the brand.
• Unauthorised use of any ab778 intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your ab778 account, a specific game outcome, a transaction, a bonus calculation or any other aspect of the Service, the following procedure applies:
